Updated guidance to the asset freeze provisions

News

Published: 18 March 2022

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Finanstilsynet have updated the guidance to the asset freeze provisions. The updated version was made available in April 2018. The original guidance was published in June 2016 and is intended to make it easier to understand the financial sanctions to be observed by Norwegian market players.

Some minor changes and clarifications have been made, partly based on feedback from users of the guidance.
