02.12.19: Reporting services unavailable on December 4 between 17-18
Due to infrastructure maintenance on December 4, the Norwegian FSA's services will not be available between 17-18. This also applies to FTP server and reception of transaction reporting files (TRS). -
19.09.19: TRS reporting solution will be upgraded on September 23
As previously announced, the PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT will be upgraded to receive TRS reporting on a new file format (xsd).Received files in existing format will fail after September 22 at 3 pm.
There may be some delays in feedback files early on Monday as a result of the upgrade.

03.09.19: Test of TRS reporting on new format
The FSA has opened the test environment (195.159.150.91) for reporting on new format. The change was announced in early 2019, but was postponed to the third quarter of 2019.The upgrade contains previously announced changes and will be implemented in the production environment on September 23, 2019.

29.12.17: TRSII production environment open for testing until 23:59 on 2 January 2018
MIFIR transaction reporting will open on 3 January 2018 at 09:00. -
19.06.17: Test of MiFIR transaction reporting
From 19 June 2017 securities companies and market places will be able to connect to the system and send transaction reporting test files. In order to test, you will need a user name and password and your IP address must be registered with the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (FSA).If you would like to participate in the test period, please send your e-mail address to trs@finanstilsynet.no. The e-mail must contain your IP address and LEI code, which will be your user name. We will provide you with a user account and sample file for testing.
