In the field of market conduct, a number of requirements are set for reporting, notifications, disclosures, the submission of information, etc. (here total reporting) related to market participants’ conduct.
About the reporting
The reporting obligations include rules regarding what the obligation covers, who it applies to, how the reporting shall take place, when it shall take place and/or which deadlines apply. In addition to unsolicited reports, there are also obligations relating to the submission of information or documentation upon request. In addition, everyone has the right to report possible infringements (whistleblowing). There is an overview of relevant key reporting obligations below.
