Finanstilsynet has asked Norwegian entities to comply with EMIR as in force in the EU. We will not enforce rules following from EMIR as implemented in Norway, if they have been changed and the changes have entered into force in the EU. Finanstilsynet will adhere to this in our supervisory approach.
