CRD IV - options and discretions

Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (CRR), Directive 2013/36 /EU and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/61 contain certain options and discretions, which Member States can implement in national law.

Finanstilsynet publishes information on how the options in the above regulations have been implemented in Norwegian law.
