Cross reference lists

References made shall be as precise as possible. Where multiple references are made in the same cell, it shall be made clear to what part of the item each reference references. There shall not be more references in each cell than is considered necessary.

If an item is deemed not to be relevant, the corresponding cell shall be marked N/A and an explanation on why the item is deemed not to be relevant shall be provided.

If an item is considered relevant but the issuer wish to apply for an exemption, an application for exemption must be made to Finanstilsynet at the latest at the same time as the submission of the first draft of the prospectus. A fee of NOK 20 000 will be charged for the processing of the application.
